
The Hawaiian Punch label that graces the 1 gallon bottle has always made me believe the flavor was always fruit punch. Even when the flavor consists of different fruits, the fruits on the label have never changed.
With my irresistible love for Gentleman's Quarterly (GQ), I found a Heineken Ad that instantly required me to purchase a 6 pack from the store. Nevertheless, the concept behind the ad was creative and properly used. A quick card game, pool side at a nice house is how most people would like to drink a Heineken. Also, the spec of light shining down on the kegs just bring more emphasis to the bottles.
I took this ad from the September issue of Gentleman's Quarterly (GQ), and I was turned away from the color scheme used to promote their new team of fragrances. Ralph Lauren has polo shirts similar to the bottles, and since I'm not a huge fan of the shirts, the bottle selection doesn't help the collection.
This Slam Magazine cover not only inspired me because I'm a L.A Laker fan, but the color scheme also caught my eye when I received it in the mail. The cover reminded me of Game 7 of the NBA Finals. If any of you can recall Game 7 of the NBA Finals, the Hollywood spotlight shined down on the court and that's the affect the magazine covers perpetuates.
I agree with you decision on the Slam Magazine Cover. I can feel the energy by just looking at the cover! I also agree that the color scheme of the cover is eye catching. It appears to give Kobe a 3D effect. Good One!
